'Case Information' published by the Scottish Government's Fish Health Inspectorate reveals shocking levels of mortalities and disease on salmon farms across Scotland in August 2020.
Mowi's An Camus in Loch Boisdale reported close to 30,000 mortalities in July 2020 due to Cardiomyopathy Syndrome (CMS) and Amoebic Gill Disease (AGD).
Mass mortalities of cleaner fish and farmed salmon were reported by the Fish Health Inspectorate at Organic Sea Harvest's Invertote salmon farm off North East Skye.

Video footage and photos taken by Corin Smith (published yesterday by Salmon & Trout Conservation Scotland) cited "severe lice eruptions" at salmon farms across Scotland including in Loch Boisdale and off the Isle of Skye.
The Fish Health Inspectorate reported mass mortality and disease problems at The Scottish Salmon Company's three salmon farms in Loch Striven in August 2020.
"Environmental Insult": 79,381 dead farmed salmon (32.8% mortality) in one week in August at one farm (Strone Point) in Loch Striven @salmon_scottish

Scottish salmon is an insult to the environment! @marinescotland @coopuk @SSPOsays @Try_Lochlander @Folketrygdfond @LidlGB pic.twitter.com/uxXLVH27VQ
Here's video footage of dead cleaner fish and salmon from The Scottish Salmon Company's Toward processing plant on the shore of Loch Striven from September 2020.
Secret filming inside The Scottish Salmon Company's salmon farm at Strone Point in July 2020 revealed welfare problems.
The Scottish Salmon Company's salmon farm at Taranaish in Loch Roag on the Isle of Lewis also suffered mortality, lice infestation and disease problems in August 2020.
Watch video footage shot by Corin Smith inside a salmon farm operated by The Scottish Salmon Company in Loch Roag in August 2018.
Mowi's ASC-certified salmon farm in Loch Shiel (Glenfinnan) reported over 60,000 mortalities in August 2020 along with the cancer-causing chemical Formalin.
In November 2018, Scottish Salmon Watch published damning video footage of mass mortalities at Mowi's nearby Gorsten salmon farm in Loch Linnhe.
And in July 2019, Scottish Salmon Watch uncovered evidence of Mowi's use of the carcinogenic chemical Formaldehyde (Formalin) in nearby Loch Arkaig on the estate of Conservative MSP Donald Cameron.
Sadly, due to the lack of on-site inspections (since March 2020, 'inspections' have taken place over the phone via 'Passive Surveillance') there are no photos of diseased Scottish salmon. Here's some photos from previous inspections by the Scottish Government's Fish Health Inspectorate:
