Mowi Scotland's 21,000 tonne fall in production from 2017 to 2018 accounts for a large chunk of the fall in Scottish salmon farming production which is predicted to fall from 190,000 tonnes in 2017 to 151,000 tonnes in 2017 (according to the latest annual fish farm survey published by the Scottish Government in October 2018):
